终南别业
中岁颇好道
晚家南山陲
兴来每独往
胜事空自知
行到水穷处
坐看云起时
偶然值林叟
谈笑无还期

Late I dwell by South Mountain side.
When fancy stirs, I roam alone,
And joys within myself abide.
Walking to where the stream runs out,

中岁颇好道

谈笑无还期
两人谈笑投机，完全忘记了归返的时间，表现物我两忘、自得自在的隐居之乐。
